The Randen is a band that infuses classic and alternative rock and makes use of the various sounds that have been put into oblivion, under a new perspective. The bands' goal is to perform full sets, comprising of original compositions in a unique and dynamic show.

Existing since May 2014 the group has played throughout various music venues (Six Dogs, Tora K44, Tiki bar, Φουάρ, Ghost House, Dunkel, Boiler, White noise music place, Floral, An Club, An Groundfloor) as well as festivals (European music day, Surf art festival vol.2) in Athens, Greece, gaining the reputation of an authentic Rock trio. Their debut album is titled "Strange Times".

One can say that The Randen soundscape starts from the Classic Rock of Neil Young & Crazy Horse and The Who, adding elements of Blues Rock from bands like Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac and ends up with sounds and dynamics from the Alternative scene of the 90s where bands like Stone Temple Pilots and The Screaming Trees existed.

However, the one thing that makes The Randen special is the personal songwriting and the personality of their sound.
